
Jiuzhou Bridge on Pinglu Canal of Nanning-Zhanjiang Expressway in Guangxi
Project Overview
The Jiuzhou Extra Large Bridge on the Pinglu Canal is one of the key control projects of the Nanning-Zhanjiang Expressway. The main bridge spans the Pinglu Canal, and the approach bridge crosses the Litang-Qinzhou Railway. The bridge has a total length of approximately 525 meters. The main bridge is a through-type steel tube concrete tied arch bridge, adopting the integral lifting construction technology of 'low-position assembly + middle arch rib portal method'. It is currently the steel tube concrete arch bridge with the largest integral lifting span and tonnage of arch ribs in the world.
