        YCWC series lightweight jack is a new type of through-core jack for prestressing applications, manufactured with special processes and further lightweighted through structural optimization. It features excellent sealing performance, light weight and compact size. Equipped with different accessories, it can be used for tensioning clip-type multi-strand anchors, DM type button-head anchors and LZM type cold-cast anchors of various systems. The jack tonnage can be designed in standard or customized specifications. It is widely used in the construction of pretensioned and post-tensioned prestressed concrete structures, components, bridges, power stations, highways, high-rise buildings, geotechnical anchorage, dam foundation anchorage and other engineering projects.

        The YDC240Q-200 jack is an anti-rotation prestressed through-core front-clamping jack, designed for single-strand tensioning of bonded and unbonded tendons. It can save prestressed tendon materials and is widely used in major projects such as pretensioned and post-tensioned prestressed concrete structures, bridges and geotechnical anchorage. It is especially suitable for high-altitude operations and easy to carry. During tensioning, it can automatically grip prestressed tendons and release anchors, and prevent the jack from rotating with the tendons, thus reducing labor intensity and improving construction efficiency. It is equipped with one pre-tightening nut, one anchor-release nut and one protective sleeve, which can be selected according to different working conditions.

        It is a new type of through-core prestressed jack upgraded from the original YCW60/80A model. It features compact size, light weight and superior performance. It is mainly used in post-tensioned prestressed construction projects. It is suitable for tensioning prestressed tendons equipped with rolled deformed steel bar anchors, end rod anchors, as well as steel wire bundles with button-head anchors.

        The GYJ‑A extruder is a special machine used to form extrusion anchors (extrusion heads) by extruding and deforming extrusion sleeves (including extrusion springs).

        The YH3 indenting machine is mainly used for extruding and forming scattered pear-shaped self-anchorage heads at the fixed ends of prestressed steel strands. With the addition of structural reinforcements such as spiral bars or stirrups, self-anchoring is achieved through the bond, extrusion and anchorage between the indented part of the steel strand and concrete. By replacing the wedges (jaws) that hold the steel strands, the machine can process steel strands of other specifications.
