QSM Anchorage System
The system is composed of tension end anchorages (QSM anchorage, BM anchorage), fixed end anchorages (H-type, P-type, PT-type), connectors, and corrugated pipes. This anchorage system offers the following advantages: Wide application range for both pre-tensioned and post-tensioned prestressed concrete structures and components, capable of anchoring steel strands of grades 1,860-2,000MPa and below with diameters of φ12.7mm, φ15.24 (φ15.20)mm, φ17.80mm, and φ21.80mm. The QSM anchorage system is suitable for anchoring 1-55 steel strands, and delivers good self-anchoring performance, flush follow-up of wedge, excellent clamping performance, high anchoring efficiency coefficient, stable and reliable anchoring performance, and convenient construction operation.

QSM Tension End Round Anchorage System
The system is composed of working anchor plate, working wedge, anchor bearing plate, corrugated pipe, spiral reinforcement, and steel strand. It can be used in pre-tensioned and post-tensioned prestressed concrete structures and components in conjunction with jacks of corresponding models primarily for the purpose of tensioning the prestressing tendons to achieve specified prestress levels and maintain such stresses throughout the component.

Deep Buried Anchorage System
The system is composed of steel sleeve, working wedge, working anchor plate, bolt, anchor bearing plate, spiral reinforcement, corrugated pipe, and steel strand. It can be used in pre-tensioned and post-tensioned prestressed concrete structural components in conjunction with jacks of corresponding models and customized extension sleeves primarily for the purpose of tensioning the prestressing tendons to achieve specified prestress levels and maintain such stresses throughout the component. Compared with ordinary anchorages, the deep buried anchorages have the advantage of saving materials.

BM Tension End Flat Anchorage System

This system is composed of extrusion sleeve (including a triangular steel wire extrusion spring), fixed end anchor plate, constraining ring, spiral reinforcement, etc. The extrusion sleeve, extrusion spring, and steel strand are extruded and anchored using a GYJ-A extruder, with an associated ZB4-500 electric oil pump as power unit.

QSM Low Retraction Anchorage System
The low retraction anchorage is specially developed to address the excessive retraction ratio during tensioning and relaxation of short prestressed bundles, which leads to significant loss of effective permanent prestress. It is an anchorage with low retraction and high efficiency that can be widely used in vertical prestressed structures of bridges such as long-span prestressed concrete continuous beams and continuous rigid frames, prestressed structures for anchorage of side slope, and other structures with relatively short prestressing tendons. It is composed of low retraction anchor plate, low retraction nut, anchor bearing plate, wedge, and spiral reinforcement.

QSM15L Round Connector Anchorage System
This system is composed of connector, extrusion sleeve, wedge, anchor bearing plate, spiral reinforcement, constraining ring, protective cover, corrugated pipe, steel strand, etc. There are two structure types (single-strand structure and multi-strand structure). The product of single-strand structure is used for splicing the prestressing tendons, while the product of multi-strand structure is used for splicing prestressed bundles primarily in the construction of continuous beams.

BM15L Flat Connector Anchorage System
This system is composed of connector, extrusion sleeve, wedge, anchor bearing plate, spiral reinforcement, constraining ring, protective cover, corrugated pipe, steel strand, etc. There are two structure types (single-strand structure and multi-strand structure). The product of single-strand structure is used for splicing prestressed reinforcements, while the product of multi-strand structure is used for splicing prestressed bundles primarily in the construction of continuous beams.

QSM Fixed End PT-Type Anchorage System
The compact structure of QSM fixed end PT-type anchorage makes it ideal for applications with spatial constraints. It effectively increases the prestressing application length while preventing direct bonding between the prestressed strand and concrete at the fixed end, thereby reducing corrosion risk of steel strand. This anchorage eliminates the need for embedded construction and facilitates load monitoring during the tensioning process.

QSM Fixed End H-Type Anchorage System
The QSM fixed end H-type anchorage system enables post-tensioning stress to be directly transmitted to the concrete. It is composed of a section of steel strand with a pyriform self-anchoring head, a reinforcement bracket for supporting the pyriform self-anchoring head, spiral reinforcement, a constraining ring, and a corrugated pipe, etc. The pyriform self-anchoring head of the steel strand is formed by extrusion using a special YH3 embossing machine, with an associated ZB4-500 electric oil pump as power unit.

JLM Finish Rolled Rebar Anchorage
JLM series finish rolled rebar anchorages are mainly used for tensioning and anchoring finish rolled rebars with diameters of 25mm and 32mm. They should be tensioned with YCW60B or YCW80B jacks, ZB4-500 electric oil pumps, and special tool connectors.

Low Retraction Prestressed Anchor Cable System for Bridges
According to different steel strand specifications, the low retraction prestressed anchor cable system for bridges can be divided into 13 Series (with φ12.7mm steel strands), Series 15 (with φ15.24mm steel strands), 18 Series (with φ17.8mm steel strands), 22 Series (with φ21.8mm steel strands), and 29 Series (with φ28.6mm steel wires), etc. The 22 Series and 29 Series are mainly recommended. The anchor cable system consists of tension end anchorages, cable bodies, and fixed end anchorages.

Ground Anchor
The ground anchor, also known as slope anchor, is mainly used for reinforcement of some slopes, tunnels and foundation pits. The ground anchor that is composed of a tension end and auxiliary components is classified into two major types (tension-dispersed type and pressure-dispersed type) by the type of fixed end; the tension end comprises anchor plate, wedge, anchor bearing plate (steel bearing plate), spiral reinforcement and other components, while the fixed end components vary according to the type of ground anchor.
