Cable Force Detection System
QSM Interval Cable Force Sensing Technology
The interval cable force sensing technology directly uses the cable material as the force-sensitive element. It measures the deformation of a cable section via an interval sensor, eliminates nonlinear effects through a proprietary acquisition system, and calculates cable force after calibration.

Magnetic Flux Sensor Measurement Technology
The magnetic flux sensor is based on the magnetoelastic effect of ferromagnetic materials. When the mechanical load changes, the magnetic permeability changes accordingly. By measuring permeability, the internal force of cables and tendons can be determined non-destructively.

Hydraulic Cable Force Sensor Technology
The force applied is sensed by the liquid pressure inside the elastic chamber.

FBG Cable Force Sensor Technology
FBG cable force sensors are widely used in slopes, bridges, and dams. Load causes deformation of the elastic cylinder, which shifts the FBG wavelength. The optical signal is analyzed to obtain stress and total load.

FBG Smart Cable
An FBG-coupled smart wire is embedded inside the cable, deforming synchronously with the cable. Cable force can be measured during construction with special instruments.

String Type Cable Force Sensor Technology
String type load cells are used for cable force measurement in bridges, prestressed, rock and dam anchorage. Installed between anchor plate and anchorage for long-term monitoring, or at the tension end for tension control with a jack.
