Suspension Bridge Cable System
PPWS Main Cable Strand
PPWS strands are mainly composed of steel wire strands and anchors. The strands are prefabricated in the factory with a regular hexagonal cross-section and fixed with high-strength fiber-reinforced pressure-sensitive tape.

Cable Saddle & Deviation Saddle
The cable saddle is the main load-bearing component of the suspension bridge main cable system. It is divided into main saddle and deviation saddle. Its main functions are supporting the main cable, smoothly adjusting the cable alignment, and transferring loads to the tower and supports. The saddle structure is non-replaceable with a design service life of over 100 years.

Cable Clamp
Cable clamps are installed on the main cable to connect the main cable with hanger cables and fix the main cable shape. Types include clamps with hangers, clamps without hangers, and conical sealed clamps near saddles.

Hanger Cable
Hanger cables connect the main cable and the girder, transferring loads from the girder to the main cable. The company provides various types including parallel wire cold/hot cast cables, steel strand extruded cables, and steel wire rope cables. Connections are usually pin-type or pressure-type.
