Plastic Corrugated Pipe
Prestressing tendons are an essential component of prestressed concrete structures, ensuring load-bearing safety and long-term durability. The corrugated duct serves as a built-in conduit within these structures. QSM independently designs, develops, and manufactures spiral plastic corrugated pipes, which are patented products recognized for their low friction resistance, excellent sealing performance, corrosion resistance, and high strength. These ducts are widely used in bridge, tunnel, and infrastructure construction projects, providing reliable performance and long service life.

Metal Corrugated Pipe
The metal corrugated pipe is made of galvanized (hot-dip or cold-dip) or non-galvanized (black steel) low-carbon steel strips, formed by spiral winding and interlocking. This pipe features a simple structure, high strength, excellent pressure and seepage resistance, and superior flexibility, ensuring reliable performance and construction quality. It is commonly used as a reserved duct for post-tensioned prestressed concrete structures and components.

Liner Pipe for Prestressing Duct Protection
Before concrete pouring, a liner pipe is inserted into the prestressing duct to prevent deformation of the corrugated pipe. This process effectively avoids duct blockage and ensures the smooth installation, transmission, and tensioning of prestressing tendons. By maintaining the integrity of the duct during concrete casting, the liner pipe significantly improves construction quality and reliability.

Curved Pressing Block for Prestressing Duct Grouting
The curved pressing block is mainly used for venting and slurry discharge during grouting in bent or curved prestressing ducts. It ensures dense and uniform grouting inside the duct after tendon tensioning, effectively improving bonding performance and the overall durability of prestressed concrete structures.
