Recently, the stay cable installation on the Andermanik River Bridge of the Payra Port First Terminal Project in Bangladesh — a project in which Liuzhou Qiaosha Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “QSM”) participated — was successfully completed, marking a major milestone in the project’s construction and signaling its official entry into the final sprint toward opening to traffic.

01. QSM Raises a New Landmark for Bangladesh

        The Andermanik River Bridge spans approximately 1,180 meters in total length and is built to a four-lane standard. Adopting a extradosed cable-stayed design, the bridge combines the structural efficiency of a cable-stayed bridge with the aesthetics of a girder bridge, making it a new calling card of modern bridge engineering in Bangladesh.

        The complete set of extradosed stay cable products for this bridge was optimized in design and intelligently manufactured by QSM. After being shipped overseas by sea, the products were installed on site by the QSM’s professional team, forming an integrated prestressing service model that extends from “Material Export” to “Product PLUS Construction Service.”
